    Fly from London Heathrow to Rome. Upon arrival, transfer to the port in Civitavecchia and embark Celebrity Equinox for your nine-night cruise to Barcelona.

    Civitavecchia was settled in 108 A.D. by the Emperor Trajan and has since served faithfully as a gateway to Rome, the capital of Italy.

The town also offers fantastic shopping opportunities, as well as plenty of trattorias to enjoy local, Ligurian cuisine. La Spezia is the gateway to Florence and Pisa and with an overnight stay on board, you could choose to visit both iconic cities.
