If you have previously booked with Tripsmiths or TS Travel, all existing bookings will be honoured, with all current and future tours and holidays going ahead as planned. Customers will experience no disruption, with customer funds continuing to be protected by the Travel Trust Association.

ATOL Protection

All of our package holidays that include flights are ATOL protected. ATOL stands for Air Travel Organisers' Licensing, a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)-run financial protection scheme. This means that, if your holiday includes flights, your money is protected under the ATOL scheme if the travel company should ever cease trading.

What ATOL Protection means for you:

• If your trip is cancelled before departure because of travel company failure, you receive a full refund.
• If you're already abroad when the failure happens, ATOL helps make sure you can finish your holiday and get home safely.

Please note: ATOL protection applies specifically to package holidays that include flights and does not replace personal travel insurance.

Travel Trust Association Bonding

In addition to ATOL, our trips are financially bonded through the Travel Trust Association. This adds another layer of reassurance, meaning your payments are securely protected in accordance with industry standards.
