How long are travel restrictions likely to be in place?
The UK government has announced its new traffic light system for international travel, with travel to green list countries now open. You can see the full list here.
Can I travel to amber list destinations and will I need to isolate when I come back?
Travel to amber list destinations is permitted. From 19th July 2021, if you live in England and have received two vaccinations 14 days or more before travelling, then you do not need to isolate at home on your return. You will still need to take tests before and after travelling home, and should always check the entry requirements of your holiday destination.
Should I be worried about booking a holiday?
Any holidays booked through TS Tours are 100% financially protected by the Travel Trust Association (Q8549) and ATOL protected (11772).
I've booked a holiday. Can I cancel or postpone it?
Please make contact with the tour operator with whom your booking has been made, to discuss your booking. You will be able to find information relating specifically to cancellations or rebooking options on the operators' website. Alternatively, contact information can be found on your confirmation invoice.
Who can I speak with to discuss my booking?
If you have any concerns about a trip you have booked though us, please contact the operator as above.
What happens if my holiday is cancelled?
If your holiday has to be cancelled the operator will be in contact with you to discuss your options.
