three nights getting swept up in the energy of this city. Admire
the architecture that reveals the stories of its past, and then
experience modern-day Seville in its buzzy tapas bars. Your trip
includes tickets to a spellbinding flamenco performance.
It's Córdoba next, famous for its exquisite Mezquita. You may also
choose to watch an impressive show where horses dance (optional, at

to Ronda, a town perched high above a gorge. Here, you'll learn how
to cook local dishes in an open-air kitchen and taste the wines of
southern Spain.

The day is yours to explore Seville at your own pace. You could work outwards from the world's largest Gothic cathedral that towers over the heart of the city, and visit the beautiful architecture of the Alcázar, Seville's royal palace. Or head to the flamboyant Plaza de España - designed with such opulence and flair, it's well worth a visit. Before dinner, gather with your group for an hour-long flamenco show, where you'll be struck by the intensity and drama of this age-old art.
You travel to Córdoba today, around a 90-minute drive away. You'll have the opportunity to venture inside the town's most famous landmark - the beautiful and impressive Mezquita, a historic mosque. Climb the bell tower for sweeping views over the town and appreciate the town's beauty from above. The afternoon is yours to spend at your own pace, weaving through the lanes of the medieval city, coming across hidden, orange-scented plazas as you go. Later, watch the dramatic spectacle of one of Córdoba's main attractions, an Andalucían horse dancing show.

Explore the town before heading to the region's vineyards for a wine tasting and cooking class at an organic winery. The vineyard produces almost 50,000 bottles of wine a year, focussing particularly on grenache and cabernet sauvignon varieties.. You'll also learn to cook a local speciality, perhaps Arroz Campero, a country-style rice with chicken and vegetables, preparing the dish before a vineyard tour, the returning to sample your creation.
Enjoy a delicious Spanish breakfast in Ronda before a two-hour transfer takes you back to Seville where you will spend your final evening.
