Being a small hotel, there are limited amenities (no restaurant, pool or spa) but it makes up for it with the high level of service and concierge. Reception is manned 24 hours a day.

There's no restaurant. The hotel serves breakfast in an area which doubles up as a café-bar as the day goes on. Breakfast is good, with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baked cakes and pastries, eggs made to order, cold meats, cheeses and seasonal fruit salad.

Aurora Bistrot & Bar: bar and lounge, open daily. Serving breakfast 7-10:30am, brunch 11am-2:30pm, bar and aperitivo 5-11:30pm.
