CHARACTER & STYLE

The hotel's style ranges from the clean and corporate (bedrooms and hallways have no design touches or artworks) to the bright and fun (the lounge and lobby have huge windows and lots of colourful floral displays).

THE FACILITIES

Service was good but the facilities less so. We liked the large comfortable bed in the room and the freestanding bath.

  • Restaurant
  • Bar
  • Garden
  • Gym
  • Board games
  • Family-friendly
  • On-site parking
  • Free Wi-Fi

Rooms

Rooms are decorated in dark colours and have a corportate feel, although they are comfortable and the beds are large. Some rooms have a park view. Facilities include coffee machines, bathrobes and flat screen TVs.

Key amenities: ensuite bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water, mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi

Food & Drink

Dine in the Pavilion Restaurant or Terrace Lounge - the food is expensive though. From the restaurant you have views of the park. For breakfast, we enjoyed fresh fruit and rhubarb yoghurt.

Pavilion Restaurant: formal dining, international cuisine. Dishes include steak, rack of lamb and confit duck. Open daily for dinner.

Terrace Lounge: casual lobby dining and bar. Dishes include salads, pastas and grills. All-day dining, open daily. Mains from €18.50.
