THE LOCATION

The hotel is located in the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Monti neighbourhood isn't far away and has lots of lovely bars, cafés, restaurants and boutique shops.

The hotel is in a good location for transport connections; it's a 10-minute walk to Termini station.

By plane: London to Rome takes 2 hours 25 minutes; Manchester to Rome takes 2 hours 40 minutes - after which, it's a 30-minute drive to the hotel. Paid parking available nearby. Book flights to Rome.

CHARACTER & STYLE

There's an impressive aesthetic, especially when you consider this is a budget hostel. The lounge has some industrial chic coupled with a 60s retro look, while the bar has colourful sofas and chairs, a pinball machine and vintage-style patterned floor tiles.

THE FACILITIES

Service is cheerful and friendly. Facilities include a lounge area, funky bar and a seasonal rooftop terrace. There's also a laundry, locker room and a small kitchenette. Check out is pretty early - 10am (guests can check out no later than 1pm for a €10 charge).

Rooms consist of dormitories (some female-only), as well as private rooms. Similar in style, they are monochrome with accents of green or grey - and all have a contemporary feel.
