OUR REVIEW
THE LOCATION
The hotel is in an unbeatable location for shopping in the heart of Quadrilatero della Moda; you're surrounded by designer shops and flagship stores of the major fashion houses.
Within walking distance of the hotel, you'll find the quirky Museo Bagatti Valsecchi, Palazzo Morando (fashion museum) and La Scala Opera House.
By plane: London to Milan Malpensa takes 1 hour 50 minutes; Manchester to Milan Malpensa takes over 2 hours - after which, it's an hour's drive to the hotel. Paid on-site parking available. Book flights to Milan.
CHARACTER & STYLE
Formerly a 15th-century convent, the hotel has retained original features, such as pillars, vaulted ceilings and frescos, yet is still contemporary and stylish. Rooms surround the central courtyard garden - a relaxing oasis during the summer months.
THE FACILITIES
We were greeted by the doorman; staff are friendly and willing to assist. The subterranean spa was previously a wine cellar and is ideal for relaxation. Facilities include a lap pool and gym.
